Hamburger crock pot casserole

Ingredients
*Potato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) SlicedCarrots, raw, 1 medium -SlicedOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)-Sliced Peas-1can or 1 cup frozenCelery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)-choppedGround beef, lean, 24 oz- Browned & drained*Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup (1 can)Water 1 canAny cream soup can be used. Lower calorie & fat will make it healthier.
Directions
Layer in crock pot in order of recipe.
Mix can of Soup & can of water. Any cream soup is ok to use
Pour over top of meat & cover.
Cook on low 8hrs or high 4hrs.
