Mashed Gingered Carrots

Ingredients
2 cups chopped carrots2 tbsp margarine1 sm. onion1/4 tsp. cinnamon and ground ginger3 tbsp brown sugar
Directions
Melt margarine in 1 1/2 qt saucpan over med heat. Add onion and cook unti soft about 3 minutes. Add cinnamon and ginger, cook 1 minute. Add carrots and enough water to cover. Cook on simmer until soft. Puree in food processor until pureed. Return to pot and add brown sugar and heat through.
