Ingredients
1/4 cup I can't believe its not butter3 TSP of flour 1/2 tesp of ground mustard1/4 bkl pepper2 cups of low fat milk2 cups of crab
Directions
In a sauce pan melt butter. Add milk, flour, mustard and pepper.on low setting. Stir continually. Once thickened add crap and continue stirring. Serve over wheat couscous.
