chili garlic breakfast quesadilla

Ingredients
1 large egg 1 small tortilla1 tsp chili garlic paste1/4 cup shredded cheddar1/2 cup fresh spinach
Directions
Spread chili garlic paste on tortilla
Scramble egg and fry as an omelet
Place cooked egg on one half of tortilla
Cover egg with low fat cheese
Top with spinach
Fold tortilla and return to pan. Use spatula to keep top of tortilla down while it's cooking.
Carefully flip to cook the other side.

It only takes a few seconds on each side so don't let it burn.
