Chicken with Country Gravy

Ingredients
3 tbsp all purpose flour1 cup low sodium chicken broth1/4 tsp paprika1/8 tsp dried sage1/8 tsp dried thyme2 boneless chicken breasts (4 oz ea)2 tbsp Smart Balance margaarine1/4 tsp Salt Sense
Directions
1. Heat large skillet over medium high heat. Add flour and cook for 1 - 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until flour begins to lightly brown. Remove from heat and spread on a plate to cool.

2. Put broth, paprika, sage, thyme and cooled flour in a container with a tight fitting lid; Cover and shake until completely blended. Set aside.

3. Spray same skillet with cooking spray . Add chicken, smooth side down, and cook 2 minutes or until it begins to brown. Remove to a plate.

4. Reduce heat to medium and add margarine to skillet to melt. Pour in thickened broth mixture; Scrape bottom and sides of skillet to deglaze.

5. Place chicken pieces in midst of gravy and add salt. Spoon gravy over top of chicken; Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center, stirring frequently.

6. To serve, place chicken piece on plate and cover with gravy.
