Caramel Apple Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients
1 Cup Plain, Non Fat Greek Yogurt2 Packets Truvia Sweetener1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract1/2 Fresh Apple, Chopped1 Tbsp. Chopped Walnuts1 Tbsp. Fat Free Carmel Syrup
Directions
Place yogurt in a bowl and stir in the vanilla extract and the Truvia sweetener. Place half the yogurt in cup or bowl and layer on half the carmel syrup and half the apples. Pour on the rest of the yogurt and top with remaining apples. Sprinkle on the walnuts and drizzle on the rest of the carmel syrup. You can use any kind of apples that you like best or any sweetener you prefer, use more or less to your liking.
