1 large clove garlic, peeled and smashed, 1 serving 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 serving 1 teaspoon honey, 1 serving 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 serving 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, 1 serving 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar, 1 serving 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, 1 serving

COMBINE GARLIC, DIJON, HONEY, SALT, PEPPER AND BALSAMIC VINEGAR. LET SI 5-10 MINS. TO LET THE FLAVORS INFUSE. SOWLY WHISK IN THE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL (OR SHAT IS ALL UP IN A JAR) STORE IN A SEALED CONTAINER IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR UP T 5 DAYS.
