Corn Lagan

Ingredients

1 bag (750g) frozen corn2 eggs1 bunch Cilantro1 tbsp ground cumin 2 tsp garlic paste1 tsp green chillies paste1 Tbsp salt1/4 tsp turmeric powder1/4 cup canola oil3/4 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup chickpea flour (Besan)2 tsp baking powder1 tsp sesame seeds(optional)
Preheat oven to 350F.
Grease a 13x 9in baking dish.
Defrost corn by placing in some hot water then strain in colander. Now place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well combined but not too fine.
Por into the greased dish and sprinkle with sesame seed if desired.
Bake in preheated 350f oven for about 40 minute or ultil golden.
Cool then cut into 35 peices. Serve warm with your choice of indian chutney.
