Chinese Hamburger Dinner

Ingredients
1 lb of ground beef1 small onion chopped1/4 cup soy sauce1/2 cup waterpepper to taste1 can LaChoy Chinese vegetables4 small potatoes or 10 oz raw. thinly slices
Directions
Brown 1 lb of lean ground beef. Drain and add one chopped small onion. cook until almost tender. Add 1/4 cup of soy sauce and 1/2 cup of water. Slice 4 small potatoes, thinly cut and add to ground beef mixture. Cover and cook about 15 min or until potatoes are done. Add drained 1 can of LaChoy Chinese vegetable. Heat until hot and serve.
