sweet potato and fruit curry

Ingredients
1/2 onion finely chopped2 tsp giner finely chopped2 cloves garlic finely chopped3 green chilis finely chopped1/2 head cauliflower broken into small florets1 cup broccoli1 sweet potato cubed1/2 apple chopped1 tsp garam masala1 tsp cumin2 tsp coriander
Directions
saute onion, ginger, chili and garlic. Add 2 T water or stock and spice. Cook on high 3 minutes. Add the rest of the vegetables and add more water. Simmer for 15 minutes.
