chicken, rice & veggies

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breast 2 cups of squash & zucchini mix 2 cups of broccoli, cauliflower, & carrots 2 cups white rice parboiled4 cups water1/2 cups chicken brothseasonings lemon peppergarlic & herbsalt & pepperroasted red bell pepper [McCormick]Cajun seasoning
Directions
combine all ingredients into a crock pot and set timer, i put mine on the 4 hour setting.

after it was done i pulled the chicken breast out and pulled them apart and mixed it back into the rice & veggies.
