Clean-Eating Crockpot Oatmeal

11/2cups old fashioned oats3 cups water3 tbsp blueberries (dried, or fresh if you add them at the VERY end before you eat!)1 large apple, choppedCinnamon(sugar optional, but not included in recipe calculation)
Throw it all in a crockpot sprayed with cooking spray (or you'll have a mess in the morning!) Turn it on low for about 7 hours.
