Kelly's Slow Cooking Lasagna

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey5 oz dry lasagna sheets (5-6)1 can crushed tomatoes3/4 cup tomato sauce1 tbls garlic poder1 tbls onion powder4 tsp italian seasoning4 slices part skim mozzarella cheese1 cup cottage cheese
Directions
Brown ground turkey in a skillet sprayed with cooking spray.
In a bowl combine turkey, tomatoes,tomato sauce and cottage. Add italian seasoning,garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well. Pour about 2/3 cup mixture on the bottom of slow cooker. Break 2 lasagna noodles into smaller pieces, place over sauce. continue to place sauce mixture, and noodles layer by layer. The top layer should be sauce. Cover and cook (on high, 4 hours) (on low, 7 hours) About an hour before serving, place mozzarella cheese on top. Cover. Finish cooking
