Lemony Asian Chicken & Rice with beans 'n' barley

Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unitsWater, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)Garlic, 1/2 cup Beans, white, 1 cup (drained)White Rice, long grain, 1 cupLemon Juice, 1/4 cupKikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 1/4 cupBeans, red kidney, 1 cup (drained)Barley, pearled, raw, .5 cup
Spray pot with non-stick spray
Place chicken pieces in bottom of pot
Pour in white beans
Drop in minced garlic
Add water
Add Lemon Juice
Add Teriyaki sauce
Add Rice
Add Kidney Beans
Add Pearled Barley
Cover and set on High for about 4 hours - check every so often to ensure rice is not sticking/burning.
