Healthy chicken "wing" (style) with a sweet teriyaki and fired up kick!

Ingredients
The nutritional value I have input is for one chicken leg, you can multiply your servings as required and calculate easily.To make for a family of 4: You will need: BBQ4-6 chicken drumsticksThe Keg teriyaki sauce (can purchase at supermarket)Franks Red Hot buffalo saucesprinkle of garlic salt
Directions
BBQ your chicken drums as normally desired
In a bowl add 4 tablespoons of each sauce and a pinch of garlic salt. Stir. Add the chicken legs and gently toss. Serve hot! Enjoy!

This is a much healthier way of enjoying your favorite dish or your husbands favorite dish in a healthy fashion! My husband loves and came up with the option.

On the side:
You can add Spicy yam fries and your favorite cooked veggie as a side. Tonight we are doing brussel sprouts!
