Turkey Taco Tortellini

Ingredients
200 grams Cheese Tortellini395 grams Lean Ground Turkey Breast2 Tbsp Olive Oil105 grams of Broccoli160 grams of Cauliflower190 grams of Carrots1/2 pkg of Old El Paso Taco Mix1 Cup of Water30 grams of Chives125 grams Mixed Veggies (Carrots, Peas, Corn)1/2 cup Ragu35 grams of Marble Cheese
Directions
Heat up a skillet, add the olive oil. Cook the turkey breast meat on medium (making sure not to burn).

In a separate bowl combine half of the Taco Mix with 1 Cup of water.

While your meat is cooking, cut all your veggies.

When your turkey has changed to the cooked colour add the veggies and COVER with a lid. Cook on Medium for 25 minutes.

Boil your tortellini, drain and leave off to the side (covered) until your veggies/turkey have cooked.

Once the veggies and turkey are done, add the tortellini. Mix everything together on medium heat and add your pasta sauce.

Let it cook for about 5 more minutes on medium to warm up the sauce.

Sprinkle with LIGHT cheese and serve!
