1/2 cup 2% Milk (or Milk substitue of your choosing)1 cup Lowfat Plain or Vanilla Yogurt.5 cup frozen strawberries1 small frozen banana (cut into chunks before freezing)1 scoop of MRM Veggie Protein Powder
Blend all together. It will be the consistancy of a ice cream milk shake!
