stuffed zucchini

Ingredients
medium zuccini, sliced0.5 large green bell pepper2 tsp garlic10-16 oz ground beef1 can cream of celery soup, condensed2.5 cups seasoned croutons6 tbsp parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook ground beef, then stir in chopped green peppers. Cook a few mins. Finely chop zuccini (I use a food processor) and put in 9"x9" baking dish. Add cream of celery soup and garlic. Once ground beef/green peppers are cooked, add them to the baking dish and mix well. Add in croutons, mix, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake 20 mins at 400 degrees.
