Flourless Chocolate Cake

4 eggs seperated 2/3 cup dry cocoa powder3/4 cup granulated sugar1/2 tsp cream of tartar1/4 1% milk1 tsbp powdered sugar
Heat oven to 325°F. Grease 9-inch round baking pan. Dust with cocoa. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar in large bowl until foamy; gradually add 1/3 cup granulated sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
Beat egg yolks, remaining granulated sugar, cocoa , milk and salt until thickened. Gently fold batter into egg whites. Pour into prepared pan (I like to use springform).
Bake 30 minutes or until torte springs back when touched lightly in center. Cool in pan on wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar.
