Ingredients
2 beef bouillon cubes2 c. water2 Tbs. corn starch2 Tbs. reduced-fat sour cream6 Tbs. 1% milk1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
Directions
Bring bouillon cubes and water to a boil in a medium saucepan, stirring to dissolve bouillon cubes.

In 1 cup glass measuring cup, add sour cream and pour milk up to 1/2 c. mark (this equals 6 Tbs.). Mix in cornstarch. Stir with a fork until smooth.

Add milk mixture to boiling bouillon, whisking constantly. Bring to simmer and cook 1-2 minutes until thick. Stir in black pepper.

Serving Size: Makes (10) 1/4-cup servings
