2 c Bob's Red Mill Vegi Soup Mix8 c water1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 14.5oz can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano, No Salt Added
Rinse and sort beans. Place in a pot with 8 cups of water. Season with salt and pepper and add can of tomatoes (drained). Bring to a simmer and cook for 1 hour or until soft.
