Garlic & Rosemary Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds fingerling potatoes, multiple colors2 T olive oil1 1/2 tsp dried rosemary4 large garlic cloves, minced1 1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Wash fingerlings and dry well with paper towels.
Mix olive oil, rosemary, garlic, parsley and salt in mixing bowl. Add fingerlings and stir well to evenly coat with seasoning mixture. Spread in shallow baking pan and bake 30-40 minutes at 400 degrees.
