Breaded Fried Chicken Breasts

1 cup Contadina Italian style bread crumbs1 cup flour1 lrg egg1/4 cup skim milk5 tbs EVOO4 tbs garlic powder6 tsp season salt3 tsp pepper3 6oz thin boneless skinless chicken breasts cut in half
Cut chicken breasts in half & set aside.
In small bowl mix flour, 1 tbs garlic powder, 1 tsp pepper, & 2 tsp season salt and set aside.
In another small bowl mix egg, skim milk, 1 tbs garlic powder, 1 tsp pepper, & 2 tsp season salt and set aside.
In another small bowl mix bread crumbs, 2 tbs garlic powder, 1 tsp pepper, & 2 tsp season salt and set aside.
Heat olive oil on medium heat in pan. Coat each piece of chicken in the flour, then egg mixture, & lastly the bread crumbs and fry until golden brown and cooked through.
Serving Size: Makes 6 3oz servings
