1 cup chopped onion1 1/2 cup celery1 1/2 Tbs butterSaute together and set asideAdd1/2 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper2 1/2 c milk3/8 less than 1/2 c flour1/4 c butterMix together as sauce and add 1 small pkg of velveeta cheeseFish is added when your ready to put into the ovenbroken lobster1/4 lb crab meat3/8 lb shrimp1/2 lb scallops
make sauce and stir until smooth and add the fish and put into 350 oven for 30 minutes.
