Ingredients:Broccoli raw, 1 bunch, medium (5-6" dia)Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia)Olive Oil, 6 tsp (give or take)Salt, 2 tsp (give or take)Pepper, black, 2 tsp (give or take)Baby Carrots, raw, 20 - 25
cut brocolli and cauliflower to desired size and toss in a large plastic bag with the baby carrots. Toss with olive oil and spread on a baking sheet . salt and pepper to taste. roast in a 400 degree oven for 30 to 40 mins until veggies are nice and caramelized. serve immediately!
