udon noodle and bok choy soup

Ingredients
2 cups chicken stock1 packet udon noodles (250g)3 sm bunches baby bok choy, cut in half or seperated1 tbs (or more) lemon juice
Directions
Bring 2 cups water and the chicken stock to the boil in a saucepan. Add noodles, soy and bok choy. Stir to break up the noodles and let the bok choy cook.
Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice, stir and taste. Keep adding lemon until it tastes fresh and zesty.
