Chilli Con Carne

Ingredients
Few sprays of oilGarlic2 chopped onions2 tsp of lazy red chillies500g lean steak mince2 tins of chopped tomatoes2 tins of red kidney beansTop with some fresh parsley
Directions
Fry the onion, garlic and chillies together, then add the mince and fry until cooked.

Add the tomatoes and cook for 5 - 10 mins (sometimes I add a bit of tomatoe puree and seasoning, depending on taste at this stage)

Add the kidney beans and cook for a further 5 mins.

Serving Size: 8 small portions or 4 full size portions
