Microwave Apple Crisp - single serving

Ingredients
1 c. thin sliced apple (keep peel on)1/2 tsp cinnamon1/8 T. cold butter - single slice as thin as possible(1/2 tsp. tapioca flour1 pkt ideal1 tsp. oat bran1 tsp. water ( if needed)
Directions
Place all (break butter into very small pcs) in microwave safe bowl or soup cup toss together. cover bowl wi/waxed paper - Microwave 1 1/2 -2 minutes Stir /eat

Serving Size: 1

**Note*** the butter is used to help thicken tapioca flour for "pie" consistancy
