Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Mix your flour and splenda together
Blend in butter, egg and vanilla until well mixed.
Form 1 inch balls on cookie sheet and flatten with fork
Sprinkle with splenda
bake for 8 minutes or until set but not brown
let cool for 2 minutes
