Gluten Free Fruit/ Apple Crisp

8 cups fruit1/4 cup melted butter1/4 cup maple syrup1/2 teas. cinnamon1/8 teas. nutmeg1/4 teas. saltTopping:1 cup Gluten free Bisquick1 cup oatmeal (quick cooking)1/4 cup maple syrup and Blue agave (each)1/4 cup shortening or butter melted1/2 teas. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 13x9x2 cake pan with Pam. Melt butter and put in bottom of pan.
Put fruit, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt together set aside while you make the topping. Then, put fruit mixture into the pan.
Then, spread topping evenly over the fruit mixture. Bake 30 mins. covered with foil. Uncover it and cook about 15 mins. until it is brown and bubbly.
You can eat it warm with ice cream or milk. Or cool it.
