1 cup orzo pasta, dry3 tbsp olive oil2 cups fat free chicken broth1/4 cup onion, choppedWater as needed
Heat oil in large skillet. Add onions and cook until transluscent. Add orzo and toast lightly, until a few grains are golden brown. Add 1 cup of warmed chicken broth, and stir until all the liquid absorbs. Add chicken broth 1/4 a cup at a time, and continue with water until the pasta is al dente and there is a slight 'sauce' remaining in the pan.
