Kari's Famous Pancakes

  • Number of Servings: 20
Ingredients
2 cups of Flour (Whole Wheat or White)2 cups of Milk (I used skim milk in mine)2 Eggs2 tbsp Olive Oil1/4 cup of Sugar1 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Salt1 tbsp Vanilla Extract to taste
Directions
Mix together the Milk, Eggs and Oil first.
Mix in flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt (in that order) next.
Add Vanilla to taste (and other optional ingredients such as blueberries, chocolate chips, etc)

Measure out 1/4 cup of batter per pancake and pour on hot skillet until bubbles form and begin to pop. Then flip.

Enjoy!
