A little over a cup of raw hazelnutsA little over a cup of raw sunflower seedsAbout 14 raw brazil nuts (sorry, didn't measure)About half a cup of raw pecansHalf a cup of raw pumpkin seedsAbout a cup of raw, shredded coconut (oh lord yum)A package (8 oz) of dry goji berriesA package (10 oz) of cacao nibsA little over a cup of blueberries (which you'll dehydrate)4 clementine oranges (it's what I had - also dehydrate!)2 cups of sectioned oranges (that's about 2 oranges for me - also dehydrate!!)
I'm afraid it'll take you a while to dehydrate the orange, clementine, and blueberries, but it's WELL worth it.
Other than that, just get a large container, add ingredients, and shake vigorously!
Seriously guys, I tailored this to my tastes, but it tastes GOOD. The cacao and coconut give an awesome roundness, and the zest and bite of the goji, oranges, and blueberries keep it interesting and tangy. I'm really happy with this!
Serving Size: Makes about 2 1/2 pounds, which I figure will give me about 60 6-ounce servings.
