Southwest-ish omelet

Ingredients
Salt, Pepper, Chili powder (optional) 1 clove chopped garlic if you like :)
Directions
Chop up the pepper, onion and garlic. Heat up the oil in a pan. Saute the onion, pepper and garlic in the pan. While that is sauteing mix up the eggs and the milk with a spoon. Then pour over the sauteing veggies in the pan. add spices to the omelet and let it cook until there are bubbles in the top. While the omelet is cooking put your tortillas in the toaster over with the cheese on them. SO GOOD! Flip the omelet when the bubbles come through and then let it cook the other side, then enjoy!!!
