Apple and Fennel Salad

Ingredients
Fennel, 130 grams Apples, fresh, 160 grams Lemon Juice (About a tbsp)
Directions
I slice the fennel with a potato peeler to get thin slices but you could just chop it thin or run it through a food processor. Slice the apples julienne. Add lemon juice. Serve. Serve as a side with fish or meat.
