24 Jalapeno peppers20 cups fresh tomato, blanched peeled and husks removed then put through food processer. 6 cups Red onions aprox 7 medium size4 cups green peppers aprox 5 med size2 whole garlic bunch, aprox 12 cloves put all through food processerHunts tomato paste(Garlic) 6 X 156 ml cansVinegar 3 X 3/4 cup
Prepare then cook all ingredients in large pot. Bring to a boil and boil gently for 30 minutes or until desired consistency. I let mine sit over night then then taste for spicy flavor possibly add more spice if needed. then I re boil again before filling jars.
