Ingredients
Raspberries, crushed 2 cupsSugar 1.5 cupsLemon Juice 2 tbs
Directions
Slowly cook raspberries and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Raise heat and boil until mixture reached 220 degrees. Remove from heat and skim off any foam. Mix in lemon juice. Pour into jars and cool.
