Ingredients
1 cup peanuts1 cup sugar1/2 cup light corn syrup1 tsp butter1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp baking soda1/8 tsp saltmix nuts, sugar, syrup, & salt in microwave safe dish. cook 4 minutes. stir & cook 4 more minutes. add butter & vanilla & stir. cook 2 more minutes. add baking soda & stir quickly until light & foamy. pour into lightly greased baking sheet & spread thin. cool. break apart & store in air tight container.makes about 10 servings

    Excellent! Almost the same as my recipe. Ingred the same.. my cooking time is 3.3 not 4 and 1 min not 2 otherwise just the same. In 8 minutes plus cooling time you have an awesome bunch of peanut brittle you can give as gifts for parties or holiday gifting. Love this - 12/6/10
