Ground Turkey Spaghetti Sauce

1 lb. ground turkey1/3 c. diced onion1/3 c. diced carrots1/2 c. diced zucchini 1 c. chopped mushrooms3 Tbsp. minced garlic1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce1/4 tsp. ground oregano1/2 tsp. ground basil
Dice, mince or chop all veggies.
Spray a large skillet with non stick cooking spray.
Heat skillet to med-high.
Put onion, carrots zucchini, mushrooms and garlic in skillet and saute 2 minutes.
Then add turkey meat, breaking it up and mixing it with veggies as it cooks. Cook turkey until no longer pink.
Add canned tomatoes and seasoning.
Simmer approximatley 30 minutes.
Serving Size: 1 serving is 3/4 cup
