Apple Walnut Muffin

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour2 1/2 tsp baking powder3/4 tsp salt1/6 cup stevia1/6 cup sugar1 egg1/3 cup oil1 apple1/4 cup chopped walnuts1/4 dried cranberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flours, sugar, stevia, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Beat egg and add oil, mix. Add egg mixture to flour mixture and mix just until blended. Add dried cranberries. Finely chop apple and walnuts and mix in. Spray muffin tin with oil. Fill muffin tin 2/3 of the way and bake until browned--about 25 minutes.
