Vegetable & rice soup

Ingredients
Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 3 cup (8 fl oz) *Dried Mint, 3 tsp Curry powder, 1 tbsp Squash, Yellow, raw, 2 cup dicedLarge Lima Beans, 2 cup, in a canWhite Rice, short grain, 1 cup Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices Lime Juice, .5 cupWater, 3 cup (8 fl oz) Red Potato, 4 medium, cubedSalt, 2 tbsp (remove)*Ground Cayanne Pepper, 1 tsp Dried Basil, 2 tbsp Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
Directions
Add broth, water, seasonings, rice, and potatoes. It needs to be set to a slow boil. Let it cook for about 10 minutes. Then add everything except spinach and lime juice. Mix occasionally. 5 minutes before finishing, add spinach and lime juice. Stir and let cool before serving. Enjoy!
