Ingredients
200 gram lamb (cubed 2Cm )1 tbs frying oil100 grams split peas1 medium onion100 gram tomato paste1 cup potato sticks 1ts black pepper2 ts salt1/4 cup lemon juice 3 cups water4 cup cooked rice
Directions
chap onion and fry it in oil till it becoms brown
add meats ,split peas and pepper and tomato paste
stirr for 1-2 minuts and add water and let the meat cook .
add lemon juice and salt at the end and let it be on the low flame for half an hour
put the cooked hot rice in a separate plate
put the ready gheimeh in a bawl and put fried potato sticks on it for decoration
you can add this food on your rice and eat . it should'ntbe so thick at the end and still has some water.
this food is enough for 6 person
