Ingredients
Lentils, 1 cup *Canola Oil, 2 1tsp Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped Garlic, 1 clove Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
Cook the lentils in 3 cups of water until soft and mushy. Heat oil in a sauce pan , add cumin seeds and brown them. Add onions and garlic and fry until they are golden in color. Add turmeric and hot pepper and add it to the lentils and add salt. Bring it back to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
