Bobbi's homemade crock pot chili

Ingredients
OnionGround BeefBlack BeansLight Red Kidney PaintsCanned TomatoesCrushed red pepperChili PowderSalt to taste
Directions
Chop onion and cook with ground beef in a large skillet.
Drain ground beef.
Add onion, ground beef mixture to crock pot
Drain and rinse beans (and use whatever kind you want)
Add beans and tomatoes. Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water if it's too thick for your liking.
Add chili powder and crushed red pepper.
Cook 2 hours on high and 4 hours on low, or whatever floats your crock pot!
Enjoy with reduced fat melted cheese on top and a couple tablespoons of light sour cream. Yummy!
