Sesame chicken strips with Chinese Five spice

* *Sesame Seeds, 2 tbsp * *365 Brand Panko Bread Crumbs, .75 cup * egg white, fresh, 1 large * Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed
Toast the seeds and panko over high heat stirring almost constantly until they are toasted and golden. Cut the chicken into strips (or use tenderloins). Whish together egg white and 1 tsp of Chinese five spice powder. Dip chicken into egg until thoroughly coated and then roll in crumb mixture. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 13-15 minutes at 475 degrees (yes, you read that right).
Serve with 5 spice bbq sauce (NOT CALCULATED INTO RECIPE STATS):
1/2 c ketchup
1 tbsp brown sugar
1.5 tsp cider vinegar
1.5 Worcestershire sauce
.5 tsp five spice
