Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup wheat flour, white, all-purpose2 small eggs3 tbsp milk, low-fat1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Mix the eggs and flour. Add the milk to get a smooth mixture. Put a little over three tbsp of the batter in a pre-heated pan (moderate heat). Cook both sides until ready.

You can add fruits and/or sweetener to taste.
