Easy No-Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients
1 package Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese1 14 oz can of Eagle Brand Low Fat Condensed Milk1/3 cup of Lemon Juice2 cups of Graham Cracker Crumbs1/2 cup of Butter (unsalted optional)1/3 cup of sugar
Directions
Combine Graham Cracker Crumbs, Butter, and sugar. Press over the bottom and sides of your favorite 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 400F for 10 minutes.

In separate bowl, combine Cream Cheese and Condensed Milk until smooth, then add lemon juice. The lemon juice will begin to thicken the mixture so it is best if all lumps have been smoothed out prior to putting in lemon juice. Pour over the baked graham cracker crust. Refridgerate to solidify until serving (about 1-2 hours)

* NOTE: Take the Cream Cheese out of the fridge to soften for a bit before mixing.
