Ingredients:Olive Oil, 2.5 tbsp Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped Honey Mustard, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, .25 tspTuna, Canned in Water, 1 cup, solid or chunks Lemon juice, 1.5 tbsp Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds )Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 3 oz Swiss Cheese, 1/3 cup, shredded Aunt Millie’s Light Whole Grain Bread, 4 slices,
Preheat broiler to high.
Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well to coat. Place juice in a small bowl. Add chopped avocado to juice and toss. Add avocado mixture to the tomatoes to tuna mixutre. Toss well and combine. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the 4 slices of bread and broil for 3 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. remove and divide tun eavely over the 4 slises of bread.
