Vegetarian Peanut Pasta

Ingredients
1/4 cup reduced-fat peanut butter 3 tablespoons brown sugar3 tablespoons rice vinegar3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper -- or to taste8 ounces spaghetti -- uncooked10 ounces fresh snow peas -- trimmed1 large carrot -- shredded (I did not add this to the caluclations becauce I did not add it)
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until
mixture begins to boil, stirring often. Remove from heat and set sauce aside.
While sauce cooks, cook pasta according to directions, omitting salt and fat;
add snow peas to pasta the last 3 minutes of cooking time.
Drain and place in a large serving bowl. Add carrots and sauce, tossing to
coat.
