Vegan Mushroom Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
2 Portabella Mushroom caps1 Container of Mushrooms, sliced1 Small onion, diced4 Roma Tomatoes, diced1/2 block lite firm tofu, crumbled1/2 cup tomato sauce
Directions
1. Sautee all veggies until very tender. Add tofu and tomato sauce. You can also add some spices or seasonings, such as garlic powder, basil, oregano, etc.. Cook until heated.

2. In another pan, Sautee mushroom caps until cooked.

3. Fill them up.

4. ENJOY


This is a low calorie side or entree. For an entree this would make 1 serving, for a side, 2 servings.
